Through participatory photography we create a space for reflection, fun and creation around our identities.
A space where we can open up, feel, share difficulties and ways of being. To be free to be as we are. Through photography we will see and be seen.
We talked about some social issues and personal aspect of how we interact with yourself and our surrender.
From each participant personal experience we discover that through a photographs we can begin a process of growth, communication and creation that is more personal and authentic. And that most importantly through sharing stories we are weaving a story that connects us all.
This project collects stories told through the use of photography, making us participants in their outer and inner world.
They transmit us their anxieties, the uncertainties of their future and the pain for what they left behind. They are confident, sensitive people, fighters, far from any kind of victimhood.
Now they are here in Ticino, sheltered from the dangers that threatened them in their countries.Their story starts from scratch with dreams and hopes.
